Do you ship Internationally?
We do! All packages are shipped from Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We try to process and package all orders within 1-4 days. Once we’ve packed and shipped your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation from us. After that, the postal service will take an additional few days to get things moving for you. What that timing looks like?
USA: 2-4 DAYS*
CANADA: 2-8 DAYS*
INTERNATIONAL: 5-22 DAYS*

Most shipping confirmation emails will include tracking info.
Standard international shipping may not include full tracking - this is to keep shipping costs down.

Local Pickup
If you selected local pickup, orders will be process within 2 days. Pickups can be made Tuesday and Friday 10:00am-6:00pm at:

Due to COVID-19 please wait outside the building and your purchase will be brought to you. Please have your confirmation email with you for pickup.
